This promotional competition is organised by Safari Timber Foundation NPC and is conducted in accordance with applicable South African legislation.
The competition opens on 1 April 2026 and closes on 20 September 2026 at 00:00. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or older who are in possession of a valid South African ID or passport and a valid driver’s licence.
Tickets are sold online only via www.safaripubandgrill.co.za. No tickets will be sold via any other platform, channel or physical location. Each valid ticket purchased constitutes one entry. Ticket price is R300 per entry. Multiple entries are permitted.
The prize consists of 1 (one) Suzuki Jimny 5 Door motor vehicle. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Vehicle colour and specifications may vary. Ownership transfer costs will be covered by the Promoter unless otherwise stated. Insurance, fuel, licensing and ongoing running costs remain the responsibility of the winner.
The winner will be selected by random draw conducted publicly at the Timber Champs event on 24 September 2026. The result of the draw is final and binding.
The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of purchase and may be required to provide proof of identity and driver’s licence. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
Safari Timber Foundation NPC reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, manipulation, abuse of the entry process, or breach of these Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to interfere with the fairness or integrity of the competition will result in disqualification.
Personal information collected will be used solely for purposes of administering the competition and related communication and will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
By entering, participants accept these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is not responsible for technical errors, incorrect information submitted by participants, or any loss or damage arising from participation.
